How do I place an order?
You can do one of the following:
-Order on the site - this would be the quickest and no details will be lost;

Contact us on Instagam or Facebook;
-Message us via Whatsapp/Viber + (995) 598 33 86 99;
-Chat with us - bottom right corner.
Do I need to register on the site?
You don’t, just put in your email, no logins or passwords.
What information do I need to enter on the site?
-Your email, for status updates, and the phone number (for emergency contacting and to send a photo of the bouquet);
-The recipient's name and the phone number;
-The delivery address, if you know it;
-Any other comments/information you would like us to know.
Is it possible to specify the number of another country?
Yes, we will contact the recipient in advance via WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.

Should / Can I add a note with the bouquet?
We recommend that you write a note for the receiver in the “message” field when placing an order (unless sending anonymously).
If left empty the receiver might not find out who the flowers are from, as the couriers do not have this information.
What does the note / message look like?
The message is printed and put into our branded envelope. Here you can see what the card looks like. The card is free.
What is the minimal order price?
The minimal product cost you can order on the site is - 80 Gel, plus the delivery fee.
How much does 1 rose cost?
The price varies per season. The current price is 10 lari
Can I order a specific number of roses?
Of course!
Can I order something that is not on the site?
Yes, just contact us to agree on the details and place an order for a customised order.
What size is this bouquet/arrangement?
Each bouquet/composition is different. You can look it up in our flower catalogue.
Will I see the order of the flower bouquet?
Yes, we will send a photo of the flowers before they are off for delivery.
Cancellation and Refund
No refund can be paid if the bouquet has already been assembled.
No refund can be paid if the order placed requires special flowers which the store has to order in advance.
How to pay for an order?
-Bank card - Visa/Mastercard;
-Paypal;
-By the bank transfer:
-For legal entities you will get an invoice after the order is processed;
-For individuals paying with TBC, there will be an order window at the end redirecting you to the TBC site;
-For individuals paying with the Bank of Georgia, we will send you the bank details
Can I pay in cash?
You can visit the shop and prepay for your order in advance.
How far ahead of the delivery should I order?
You can order bouquet even on the same day as the delivery date, but it's better to place an order 2-3 days in advance, so we can make sure that we'll have the stock for your chosen bouquet.

-Vake: Z. Paliashvili 38, 9:00-00:00 daily, except for 1 and 2 of January and the Orthodox Easter day;
-Vera: Sh. Ghambashidze 10, 9:00-00:00 daily, except for 1 and 2 January and the Orthodox Easter day;
How much does the delivery cost?
-Tbilisi - 15 Gel;
-Tbilisi airport / Lilo - 35 Gel;
-Rustavi, Mtskheta - 45 Gel;
-Gori - 64 Gel;
-Telavi, Borjomi, Kutaisi, Gudauri, Zestafoni - 92 Gel;
-Kobuleti, Batumi - 95 Gel;Kazbegi, Zugdidi, Poti - 110 Gel.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
There are 3 delivery gaps:
09:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 23:59
Contact the manager for a specific time delivery.
How long does it take to assemble and deliver the bouquet?
The time of assembling the bouquet depends on its size and the type, the arrangements in the box and the baskets usually take longer. We would need an absolute minimum of an hour and a half to two hours to make a bouquet and deliver it to your desired location around Tbilisi.
Do you have your own delivery service?
Yes, in 90% of cases our Tbilisi flower delivery is made by our own delivery service. On rare occasions, such as delivery overload or delivery in the regions, we outsource it to third parties.
